Introduction
This updated white paper examines the Comprehensive Healing Rate (CHR), a standardized modified intent-to-treat methodology developed to improve transparency in wound outcome reporting. By comparing more than 1.6 million wounds treated from 2022 to 2024 with previously published datasets, the analysis demonstrates the ongoing relevance of standardized outcome measurement across wound care settings.

Objective
To evaluate and update the Comprehensive Healing Rate (CHR) methodology using a contemporary patient cohort, demonstrating the continued value of a standardized modified intent-to-treat framework for transparent and comparable wound outcome reporting.
