Chief Marketing and Experience Officer
Leslie Niblock serves as Chief Marketing and Experience Officer for Healogics, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare-focused marketing and communications experience. In her role, Leslie oversees the full spectrum of brand strategy, digital marketing, internal and external communications, employee engagement, and Learning & Development, ensuring that all efforts are tightly aligned with Healogics mission and growth objectives.
Leslie leads key initiatives across digital patient acquisition, integrated marketing campaigns, enterprise communications, Learning & Development programs, and national and regional events. She has built and executed multi-channel campaigns designed to engage patients across the care continuum, strengthen physician referral networks, and support hospital partnerships. Her work is instrumental in driving volume growth, enhancing patient access, developing team capabilities, and positioning Healogics as a trusted leader in wound care. A strategic and collaborative leader, Leslie plays a pivotal role in elevating Healogics leadership in the wound care sector and cultivating its internal culture.
Leslie has advanced through multiple leadership roles at Healogics and brings additional depth from prior senior marketing and communications positions at PSS World Medical, The Corridor Group, Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital, and Vatica Health.
Leslie holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing from the University of Central Florida. She is known for her ability to connect purpose with performance, building teams and strategies that foster engagement, advance learning, drive results, and elevate organizational impact.
