Protecting Our Applicants: Important Notice About Fraudulent Job Postings
Thank you for your interest in joining Healogics! We value every applicant and want to ensure your experience is safe and secure. Recently, we became aware of a fraudulent website, healogicscareers.com, that falsely claims affiliation with Healogics. This site is being used to post fake job listings and collect personal information.
Unfortunately, unauthorized parties have impersonated Healogics team members, misused our name and logos, and issued fraudulent “employment offers,” sometimes asking candidates to pay for equipment or onboarding items. Please know these communications are not from Healogics.
How to apply safely

- Verify email senders. Legitimate recruitment emails come from @healogics.com addresses. If you’re unsure about the legitimacy of a message, please contact us using the reporting options below before taking any action
Healogics will never ask you to:
- Pay for equipment, onboarding costs, or training materials
- Share banking information, social security numbers, or other sensitive personal data prior to a formal written offer and a secure onboarding process
- Accept a job offer issued solely via text message, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messaging applications
- Proceed without participating in a structured interview process
How to spot the scam
- Messages or offers referencing healogicscareers.com or email addresses at that domain
- Unsolicited “offers” that pressure you to act quickly, request payment, or ask you to purchase equipment
- Documents or emails that misuse Healogics logos, titles, or signatures (including claims that offers are “signed by an executive”) that do not follow our standard recruiting workflow.
