Healogics Appoints Noelle Valentine as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer
Jacksonville, FL – September 12, 2025 – Healogics, the nation’s leading provider of advanced wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Noelle Valentine as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. Noelle brings more than 20 years of legal and healthcare leadership experience, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and patient-centered care.
As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Noelle leads Healogics legal, compliance, and regulatory strategy. Leveraging her extensive healthcare legal expertise, she navigates the organization through complex regulatory landscapes, drives enterprise-wide compliance, and supports strategic growth initiatives. Her leadership safeguards patient trust, strengthens partnerships, and reinforces the company’s commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. Noelle also spearheaded the development and successful rollout of the Corporate Compliance Program.
Her promotion comes as Pamela Mandel recently assumed the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, marking a new chapter in Healogics commitment to innovation and clinical integrity.
“Noelle’s deep expertise in healthcare law and her thoughtful leadership make her an ideal fit for this role,” said Pamela Mandel, Chief Executive Officer. “Her contributions have been instrumental in strengthening our legal and compliance framework, and I look forward to continuing our work together as we advance our mission.”
Prior to this appointment, Noelle served as Chief Compliance and Administrative Officer at Healogics, leading Compliance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Marketing. Earlier in her career, she held the role of Vice President of Compliance at Fresenius Medical Care, where she led strategic initiatives to enhance regulatory compliance, build partnerships, and improve patient care outcomes.
Noelle earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Geneseo. In her new role, she will oversee legal strategy, support growth, and ensure Healogics remains a trusted leader in wound care.
“I’m honored to take on this role at such a pivotal time for Healogics,” said Valentine. “It’s a privilege to work alongside our talented teams to continue driving innovation, integrity, and compassionate care for patients across the country.”
