Matt Marcos serves as Chief Financial Officer at Healogics. Before assuming this role, he worked with our organization as a consultant through the Berkeley Research Group, where he was instrumental in identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance and operational effectiveness.

Matt Marcos is an accomplished healthcare executive and trusted advisor with over 25 years delivering significant equity value to stakeholders by leading operational improvements and strategic transformation in environments demanding speed, strategic clarity, and execution. His leadership has been fundamental in strengthening financial performance and positioning organizations for long-term success and value creation. Matt’s experience spans a wide range of healthcare sectors, including behavioral health, physician practice management, long-term care, acute care, home health and hospice, managed care, and institutional pharmacy.

Previously, Matt was a Managing Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s Healthcare Industry Group, where he advised Care One and Sunwest Management on their financial restructurings and operational transformations by developing and executing turnaround strategies under high-stakes conditions.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business.
