Liz Davis serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Healogics, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources leadership, organizational development, and strategic people initiatives. Throughout her career, Liz has partnered closely with senior leadership teams to design and implement programs that strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth.

She has led the development of innovative Human Resources strategies, including compensation, benefits, and talent programs, while also building comprehensive human capital analysis and forecasting models to support organizational planning.She has held senior leadership roles with organizations such as The Gores Group, Verifone, Artemis, Applicon, Logicon RDA, and Flying Tigers.

Liz is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
