Interim Chief Operating Officer

Karla Prime serves as Interim Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 18 years of experience at Healogics and an extensive understanding of the organization’s operations, culture, and strategic priorities. Throughout her tenure, she has held a range of senior leadership roles, including Division President for Operations and numerous progressive operational positions, where she led large, complex teams and advanced enterprise-wide performance, growth initiatives, and patient-centered care delivery.

As Interim COO, Karla is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the enterprise, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment between clinical performance, financial results, and organizational strategy. She partners closely with executive leadership to scale best practices, strengthen operational consistency, and support Healogics’ mission to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and partners.

Prior to joining Healogics, Karla developed a broad healthcare foundation through roles in consulting, pharmaceutical sales, and hospital administration experience that continues to inform her practical, data-driven leadership approach.

Karla earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
