Medical/Dental/Vision coverage

- No set waiting period. Coverage starts on the first day of the month following the date of hire
- Our company does cover a portion of the cost of benefits, just depends on which plan and level of coverage chosen
- ​Medical, Dental and Vision are through Aetna

Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability
|
- Costs are covered by the company, no employee contribution required
|
PTO (Paid Time Off)
|
- 19 PTO days per year, plus 6 Holidays
- Can use up to two PTO days in the first 90 days of employment
- Holiday pay is automatic and not accrued

Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

- Paid for by the company, employees are covered at one time their annual rate
- Additional voluntary life coverage is available for employees, their spouse and dependent children at a discounted rate

- Eligible after 91 days of service
- Auto enrolled at 3% of salary, can waive enrollment or can change enrollment amount by contacting Customer Service 800.743.5274 or www.retiresmart.com
- Company match is 50% of each dollar up to 6% of employee's salary
- Vesting period is 3 years

Tuition Reimbursement

- Eligible after 90 days of service
- Undergraduate and graduate degree programs in a related field of study
- Reimbursement up to IRS maximum ($5,250.00/calendar year)
- Certificates are reimbursed on a case by case scenario. Must be approved by manager and reimbursed through Concur. These reimbursements will be charged to their centers budget.
