Jean Walsh, DO, joins the Resurrection Medical Center's Wound Healing Center® as Medical Director

Chicago (December 9, 2014) – Jean Walsh, DO, has joined Healogics, Inc. as Medical Director for the Resurrection Medical Center's Wound Healing Center®.
Dr. Walsh will lead a team of wound care specialists at the Center, which offers leading-edge treatments including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, negative pressure therapies, bioengineered tissues, and biosynthetics to reintroduce the body's innate ability to heal.
Dr. Walsh received her medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (CCOM), and completed a family practice Residency at CCOM.
In joining the Resurrection Medical Center's Wound Healing Center®, a member of the Healogics™ network, Dr. Walsh will collaborate with a network of academic medical centers, hospitals and thousands of professionals committed to advancing wound healing by creating, sharing, and activating wound prevention and care expertise.
Dr. Walsh is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society and the Wound Healing Society. She is board certified in family practice.
